This terms and conditions document generated by the digital system doesn't require any digital signatures. The use of this software by you is solely governed by this policy and any policy so mentioned by terms of reference.
Using any of the services from this software shall be taken to mean that you have read and agreed to all of the terms and policies and that you are contracting with the company and have undertaken binding obligations with the company. 

Subscription policy

Your monthly or annual subscription is chosen as per the price provided by Gym Coach software is pay as you go format that is once you pay the first monthly sum the premium subscriptions starts by confirming your payment and will continue auto-renewing until you cancel. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will be notified and automatically be renewed for an additional subscription term of 1 month and whereas for the annual subscription it will be a one-time payment via any of your online transactions. if you do not wish to auto-renew your monthly subscription then you can mail us info@gymcoach.in and request us for the auto-renew cancellation for you current subscription.

Cancellation and refund policy 

if you are unsatisfied or for any reason if our services don't meet your needs then you can let us know via mailing us info@gymcoach.in and we will issue you the refund by cancelling your subscription and plan.

for cancellation and refund, you will have twenty-one (21) days from the date of purchasing the premium subscription to describe whether the purchased service meet your need or not. if the service doesn't meet your need then, notify us by writing us an email within 21 days. The refund will be initiated to you via bank transfer within 10 days of request based on the above terms and conditions and after 21 days the refund will not be initiated whatsoever.
